At present, cosmetic packaging commonly used plastic hoses mainly include aluminum-plastic composite hose, plastic composite hose and plastic co-extruded hose, they can meet the various needs of cosmetic packaging, such as health, barrier and so on.

1. Aluminum-plastic composite hose

The aluminum-plastic composite hose is a kind of packaging container made of aluminum foil and plastic film by co-extrusion process. The typical structure is PE / PE + EAA / AL / PE + EAA / PE. Aluminum-plastic composite hose is mainly used for packaging on the health, high barrier requirements of cosmetics, the barrier is generally aluminum foil, and its barrier depends on the pinhole of aluminum foil. 2. Plastic composite hose

The typical structure of the plastic barrier composite hose is PE / PE / EVOH / PE / PE.

The advantages of plastic composite hose are as follows.

3. Plastic coextrusion hose

Plastic coextrusion hose using coextrusion technology will be different performance, the type of raw materials co-extruded together, a molding. 4. Analysis of the shortcomings of various plastic hoses

(1) aluminum-plastic composite hose due to the use of aluminum foil, there are many drawbacks, such as invisible content, poor environmental protection, poor resilience, composite strength than the plastic composite hose is low, easy to delamination and so on.
